Document the Issue: Provide clear photos of the defect or damage to help us assess the issue. The photos should clearly show the damage or defect (including close-up and overall shots).
Provide a Description: In your message, include a brief description of the issue with the item, and any other relevant information.
Once we review your request, we will determine if the item qualifies for a return or refund. If approved, we will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
For non-customized items, you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was received defective or damaged. If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the cost of return shipping, depending on the situation.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for any returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
